Privacy Policy

How YENRASA protects and responsibly handles your project, contact, and architectural property information in Thailand.

Project information

When a client requests a consultation, information may include name, contact details, space type, location, area, budget, timing, photographs, existing drawings and details needed to assess the scope. This information is used to communicate, assess and prepare a proposal for that project.

Avoid sending identity documents, financial information, complete title documents, passwords, security-system details or information that is not necessary for the project assessment.

Use and retention

Project information should be accessible only to people involved in assessment or delivery and retained only as needed for that purpose or a legal obligation. If form, chat, analytics or storage providers are used, the relevant provider and configuration details will be stated in an updated policy.

A client may request review, correction or deletion of information that is no longer needed through the business channel used for the project.
