Comfort in a tropical climate
Sun, heat, airflow, air-conditioning, humidity and maintenance are considered alongside the atmosphere of the space.
YENRASA · INTERIOR DESIGN IN THAILAND
From space planning, concept and materials to 3D views and detailed drawings—for detached homes, townhomes, condominiums, commercial spaces and factory buildings in Thailand.
DESIGN PRINCIPLES
We frame each design around the Thai context before selecting decorative finishes.
Sun, heat, airflow, air-conditioning, humidity and maintenance are considered alongside the atmosphere of the space.
Layouts begin with people, belongings, routines and circulation—especially in space-conscious townhomes and condos.
Concept, layout, materials, key details and agreed visualisations help everyone work from the same direction.
FROM IDEA TO DRAWING
Every drawing supports a decision—from how the space works to the details a delivery team needs to understand consistently.

01 / PLAN
Define proportion, circulation, functions and furniture positions around the way the space will actually be used.

02 / 3D
See light, colour, materials and spatial relationships before committing to important details.

03 / MATERIAL
Build a palette suited to Thailand’s climate, maintenance needs, budget and project character.

04 / DETAIL
Communicate dimensions, lines, levels and key junctions for construction coordination.
WHAT WE DESIGN
Each space is designed around real use, the client’s character and the particular constraints of its building.
Family spaces that connect indoors and outdoors, provide shade, stay easy to maintain and support life in Thailand.
Solving narrow frontages, daylight, circulation and shared functions without making the space feel compressed.
Making compact rooms feel open and useful, with storage that does not overwhelm the plan.
Customer and staff journeys, service flow, brand atmosphere and the daily care of the space considered together.
Concepts for reception, offices, meeting, welfare and circulation areas, coordinated with responsible engineering and safety specialists.
A design package selected for the decision at hand, from early direction through coordination information.
DESIGN PORTFOLIO
From homes and condominiums to retail and factories, we shape atmosphere, function and circulation around users and the realities of building in Thailand.

Living and dining open to a tropical garden, with natural light, pale timber and materials selected for everyday life.

Customer circulation, product display and service points work together as a clear expression of the brand.

Production zones, circulation, supervision, lighting and the working environment are planned as one practical system.

A continuous living, dining and kitchen plan that keeps the main circulation legible.

Living, dining and storage fitted honestly into a small urban floor plate.
A CLEAR PATH
Every project follows a clear sequence of decisions, with details adjusted to the scale and building type.
Gather the space type, location, users, target budget, timing, priorities and elements to retain.
Review site context, constraints, daylight, climate, systems and the project’s decision priorities.
Test layouts, atmosphere, materials and spatial views, then select a direction together.
Develop the agreed scope and identify items requiring an architect, engineer or specialist’s approval.
Check design alignment, open decisions and the information passed to the selected contractor or delivery team.
BEFORE WE START
The initial scope covers detached homes, villas, semi-detached homes, townhomes, condos, apartments, retail, cafés, offices, commercial buildings, and office or shared areas within factories. Project-specific requirements must be assessed first.
Bring the location or existing plan, approximate area, photos, user needs, required functions, references, target budget and desired timing. Clear constraints make the next assessment more useful.
The scope can extend from design into coordination with the selected delivery team, depending on the project. Structural, building-system and professional sign-off work is undertaken with the responsible specialists.
A package may include space plans, furniture layouts, material direction, 3D views, elevations and detailed drawings. The exact deliverables are listed in each project proposal.
YOUR SPACE, CLEARLY DEFINED
Use the project checklist to organise the essentials. That same information becomes the basis for a suitable design scope.
